Stand Rates

*Please note: All booths/stands subject to 22% VAT, regardless of the exhibitor's country of origin. They are considered immovable property in Italy and therefore are defined with Italian VAT Article7 quarter, DPR 633/72. Regarding the input VAT you will pay on your invoice, please note that this can be recovered following the provisions stated by the EU VAT law, as implemented in Italy Article8 38bis2 and 38 ter DPR 633/72.

What's Included

All stands include:

  • Two (2) complimentary Exhibitor/Stand Personnel badges per 3m x 3m stand. Exhibitor/Stand Personnel badges allow access to the Exhibit Area during setup, show hours, and move out. They do not allow access to the conference/sessions. Conference badges may be purchased during registration.

  • Company profile and description on the website interactive Floorplan and Exhibitor List
  • Company profile and description in the onsite mobile app
  • Company description in the printed onsite Official Program

Each 3m x 3m General/Shell Scheme stand includes:

  • 9 sqm Shell Scheme Walls
    • Wall graphics not included; must be provided by exhibitor or ordered through official vendor
  • 1 - Company Name Fascia/Header
  • 9 sqm Carpet
  • 2 - Chairs
  • 1 - Coat Hanger
  • 1 - Wastebasket
  • 1 - White mdf table 160x80 cm
  • 1 - 3 kW single-phase outlet with single-phase switchboard and socket
  • 3 Spotlights
  • Any/all additional items to outfit the stand must be provided by exhibitor or ordered through official vendors

 

Each Island/Space Only stand includes:
